I have been involved in many Reengineering projects on both large and small scales. Working with senior management of a major Houston company, I was the only outside contractor on the steering committee mandated to reengineer all business and financial processes. Using current documentation, interviews, and a Notes discussion database, I created an ASIS model of a business process. After review, I worked with the committee to create the TOBE model. Then I developed the new business process in Lotus Notes eliminating the need for a paper flow and replace it with an electronic database. Process times were reduced by more than 75%.
