It is often difficult to find a consultant who can provide a knowledgeable and objective evaluation. My philosophy has always been to determine what is the best fit for the customer's needs. With this in mind, I have successfully performed the following consulting services:
- Product Evaluation - I have evaluated and tested products for compatibility of platforms and to determine if they meet the requirements of the particular need. Also, I've found additional products that have be used to enhance existing or future applications.
- Project Management - I have assembled and led teams of other professionals for large projects. This provides the customer the assurance that the job is being managed professionally by a consultant capable of completing the project.
- Interviewing - Thinking of hiring your own Notes people? In the current business climate, it is imperative that you get the best qualified people for the position you need to fill. A mistake here can cost immense sums of money and can take literally years to resolve. I can determine the abilities of candidates and separate the professionals from the "wanna-be's". With my management background, I know how to conduct interviews and remain objective during this very important business process.
- Development of Project Teams - Sometimes I do not have all of the answers to your business concerns. My network of professionals contacts and involvement in professional and technical organizations enables me to develop teams to resolve business needs.
- Release 3 to Release 4 Migration - This is not a simple as upgrading existing installations. There differences between these releases require a properly planned approach. I have successfully performed this in-house and for customers.
