Additionally, I have taught basic administration to in-house personnel as part of a server installation. In this way, the company can equip their staff with the proper knowledge while having the installation performed. Application development can be taught in the same manner. In some cases, companies have in-house staff lacking development skills necessary to complete complex assignments. I have helped with the difficult parts of these applications more expediatelly and shared this knowledge with them. |
